Introduction of Commercial Entrepreneurs

There are 2 types of commercial entities: Individual Entrepreneur (natural person) and Company Entrepreneur (corporate body).

Individual Entrepreneur (natural person) is wholly contributed by one person. The individual exercises a commercial enterprise under his/her own name, e.g. boutiques. The owner can run the enterprise by him/herself or through a third party (eg. employing a manager to handle daily operation).

Company Entrepreneur (corporate body) generally refers to ‘commercial company’. A commercial company is an organization formed by persons. Its members have the duty to offer proprieties (such as money or assets) as the capital to form a company and engage in economic activities. The profit earned will either be shared among the shareholders or accumulated.
